Position Title /Project Name: Executive Assistant 

Location: Oahu, Hawaii

Position Description and Responsibilities:

Company is looking to hire an executive assistant who is confident, organized and quick. With plenty of room to learn and grow, this person will also have the basics covered and the previous experience required to dive into managing the priorities of our two busiest executives. This person must be a great communicator who can distill complex information into the simple and move forward quickly.


Responsibilities 

  • Be proactive and maintain visibility on what’s happening in the company, while anticipating what’s to come next

  • In person meetings and tasks are required such as concerts, training events, errands, supply runs, and meetings with executives

  • Navigate distractions to keep the team focused on long term planning

  • Work closely and dynamically with other members of the company

  • Be an independent self-starter with excellent communication while maintaining flexibility

  • Approx. 5  to 10 conference calls/virtual meetings per week

  • Daily attention to all email correspondence

  • Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data

  • Execute ad-hoc project based work

  • Manage ad-hoc tasks as they arise and day-to-day errands

Position Requirements:

  • Access to a computer

  • Access to Google, Zoom, popular business software such as Outlook, Apple Mail, Microsoft 365 

  • Access to high speed internet

  • Dependable transportation 

  • Have a deep understanding of how to communicate in a professional environment and ability to maintain discretion on all matters, confidential or otherwise, business or personal

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skill

  • Organized and level-headed while still being flexible when plans change
